A Song-book of Folk and Pop Music

This is a collection of famous British and American folk and pop songs accompanied by notes dealing with difficulies in vocabulary and with aspects of the English speaking world. The book contains also a number of passages which can be used as supplementary reading material and for classroom discussion. Suggestions have been given so that teachers can best exploit the linguistic material contained in the songs,

A structural index is provided, containing all the most important structures included in the songs.

Two C90 cassettes are available. A special device which has been introduced in the recording of the songs allows the students to sing accompanied by the orchestra.
